Princess Diana’s 30-year-old niece, Lady Kitty Spencer, has married 62-year-old billionaire Michael Lewis.
The pair exchanged vows at the Villa Aldobrandini in Rome on Saturday, with the bride wearing a gown by Dolce & Gabbana — a designer she has modeled for since 2017, The Sun reported.

The long-sleeved lace creation drew comparisons to Kate Middleton’s iconic, albeit more modest, 2011 wedding gown designed by Alexander McQueen’s Sarah Burton.
Lady Kitty is the daughter of Diana’s younger brother Charles, Earl Spencer, making her first cousins with Prince William and Prince Harry.

But it did not appear as though William and Harry attended the nuptials, according to Hello!, although famous pals like Pixie Lott and Sabrina Dhowre Elba (who is married to Idris Elba) were there to celebrate their friend.
