Ebru Şancı voiced an interesting event that came to her ears in the program “If I Don’t Tell”,
which was screened on Beyaz TV. Famous singer and composer Şebnem Ferah; years ago,
she sold her detached house in Zekeriyaköy.
According to Ebru Şancı, the new owners who bought the villa, which was in a very neglected condition,
restored it to a considerable amount.
Having learned that the former owner of the house was Şebnem Ferah, singer and composer
Tan Taşçı called the new owners of the house and said:
You bought the house. I live in Bodrum but I am a fan of Sebnem Ferah.
If I rent this villa, I think it will spark and inspire me.

Tan Taşçı is now a tenant in the villa that Şebnem Ferah sold years ago.
